Directions for use:
Consume 15G of 99.5% Pure Glycerol = 15ML - approx One tablespoon serving or a HUGE 30G of 99.5% Pure Glycerol = 30ML - approx two tablespoons servings of Ultimate Pump Juice around 10 to 20 minutes before your workout.
